If you receive a product that is incorrect or defective, please contact us within 30 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly. To be eligible for a return on an incorrect item, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in its original packaging.

Please email info@aromajay.com.au  with your order number, contact details, and a brief description of the issue. If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Once received, we will arrange either a replacement or a refund. Please note that items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

For change-of-mind returns, we may accept the item provided it is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns must be covered by the customer.

Refunds will be processed promptly to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to complete the refund processing.
