Are Aroma’J products certified organic?
While we prioritize natural and ethical sourcing, not all our products carry a formal organic certification, as many of our trusted small-scale farmers practice traditional, chemical-free methods that may not be certified. We are committed to full transparency, product descriptions clearly state certified organic status where applicable.
Do your products contain GM ingredients?
No. We are committed to natural integrity. None of our spices, herbs, teas, or fruits are genetically modified.
What are the best before dates of your products?
Each product has a clear “best before” date on its packaging. Because we source seasonally and prioritize freshness without artificial preservatives, these dates reflect peak quality and flavor.
Are Aroma’J products suitable for a vegan diet?
Yes. All our products, including spices, herbs, teas, dried fruits, and coconut-based items are 100% plant-based and suitable for vegans.
Are Aroma’J ingredients and products fumigated or irradiated?
No. We do not fumigate or irradiate our products. We use natural drying and packaging methods to preserve freshness and ensure safety.
What is your teabag paper made from?
Our tea bags are crafted from unbleached, biodegradable, plant-based material, thoughtfully designed to balance sustainability, quality, and performance.
Is your teabag paper bleached, if so how?
Our teabag paper is unbleached and chlorine-free, maintaining a natural color and ensuring no chemical residue impacts your tea.
How can we keep our planet organic?

What are the benefits of organic farming?

What is certified organic?
Certified organic means the product has been grown and processed according to strict government-regulated standards that prohibit synthetic pesticides, GMOs, and artificial additives.
What is the bag inside the tea box made of?
The inner bag is made from recyclable, food-safe material designed to lock in freshness and aroma while protecting the tea from light and moisture.
Are your tea boxes recyclable?
Yes. Our tea boxes are made from recyclable cardboard. We encourage you to check local recycling guidelines for packaging materials.
I have earned store credit. How do I use it?
Your store credit is automatically applied at checkout. If it doesn’t appear, please contact our customer care team for assistance.
Do you have regular sales? How will I know when they’re happening?

Shipping within Australia
Standard Shipping Australia-Wide - Rate Based (See checkout for prices)
Free Shipping - Orders over $60.
Express Australia Post Shipping Australia-Wide – Rate Based (See checkout for prices)
Our orders are delivered within 3-10 business days. Our records show that most orders are delivered within 3-7 business days but we advise that you allow up to 10 working days.
We ship through a variety of courier services to ensure the most efficient postal service to you. Tracking is available with all couriers (i.e. Sendle, etc).
Will I get my order before Christmas?
Our team is shipping orders every weekday up until Christmas (excluding weekends & public holidays).
For metro areas, Australia Post advises orders from our QLD warehouse should be shipped by 17th Dec, so we recommend ordering by 16th Dec.
However, it's best to allow extra time & consider selecting express shipping at checkout.
International orders
We offer international shipping both standard and express shipping. This is rate based and you can see prices at checkout before purchasing.
If you have more questions, please get in touch or email us at aromajay.com.au listing your address and the products you wish to order. We will then e-mail you a quote for postage.
Authority to leave
You can select ‘Authority to Leave’ under the special instructions during the ordering process. If you select ‘Authority to Leave’, Aroma’J will not be liable for non delivery of your order
Payment
Unless agreed in writing, payment is to be made in advance of shipment, through Shopify Payments. All prices listed are in Australian dollars.
Where is my order?
Once your order is shipped you will receive a confirmation email, which will include your tracking consignment number. To track and check the status of your order, click the link attached in the shipping confirmation email sent to your mailbox. In the event that the wrong address is given by the customer and the package is delivered, Aroma'J will not be liable for any replacement or refund of that delivery. If goods are lost in transit, please contact Sendle Delivery to investigate.
Customer service
Aroma’J is committed to providing exceptional customer service. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and that the pricing is true and correct. In the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order, we will notify you within 3 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund. Aroma’J takes great pride in packaging our shipments to ensure you receive them in good condition. However, we cannot be held responsible for any loss, damage or theft that may occur through Sendle delivery. Please contact us if you receive a faulty or damaged product.
